 Dear members, we hope you are well and ready to come back to the club! This Monday we received from the government the green light to open the club, starting from Friday 29th of May. The team has been working on all the cleaning and preventing measures to ensure you can train safely. We are excited to welcome you back! on zoom Please find below a few conditions you must follow to train safely in the club. You will also be invited to read and agree by signing at the reception: – If you have any symptoms of respiratory tract infection please do not visit the club. – To optimise the flux in the club, when possible we kindly invite you to come during off peak hours 9h – 12h and 14h – 17h. – Use the hand sanitizer at the entrance and check-in at the reception. – The access to the changing room and showers will be limited to ensure distancing – We invite you to come to the club already wearing your sportswear. – The wellness area will be closed until further notice – Clean before and after using each machine with the provided spray and paper towels. – The use of your towel on the machines is mandatory. – The use of the mask is mandatory when moving inside the club – Some equipment will not be available to use to ensure distancing – You can take off your mask when training at a minimum physical distance of 2 meters from others – Wash your hands and use the hand sanitizer provided often – The group classes will be held only LIVE on zoom until further notice – Exit the club from the back door – For any query regarding your membership, please send us an email at info@factory4.lu or call us on our direct line +352 27 12 37 For any question do not hesitate to speak to a member of the staff or to reach out by email, we will be happy to help! |

Ce lundi, nous avons reçu du gouvernement le feu vert pour ouvrir le club, à partir du vendredi 29 mai. L’équipe a travaillé sur toutes les mesures de nettoyage et de prévention afin que vous puissiez vous entraîner en toute sécurité. Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir à nouveau ! Veuillez trouver ci-dessous quelques conditions que vous devez respecter pour vous entraîner en toute sécurité dans le club. Vous serez également invités à lire et à accepter en signer à la réception : – Si vous présentez des symptômes d’infection des voies respiratoires, veuillez ne pas vous rendre au club. – Afin d’optimiser le flux dans le club, nous vous invitons, quand possible, à venir pendant les heures creuses, de 9h à 12h et de 14h à 17h. – Utilisez le désinfectant pour les mains à l’entrée et rendez-vous à la réception. – L’accès au vestiaire et aux douches sera limité pour assurer la distanciation est respecté – Nous vous invitons à venir au club déjà habillé avec vos vêtements de sport. – L’espace bien-être sera fermé jusqu’à nouvel ordre – Nettoyez avant et après l’utilisation de chaque machine avec le spray et les serviettes en papier fournis. – L’utilisation de votre serviette sur les machines est obligatoire. – L’utilisation du masque est obligatoire lors des déplacements dans club – Certains équipements ne pourront pas être utilisés pour assurer la distanciation – Vous pouvez enlever votre masque lorsque vous vous entraînez à une distance physique minimale de 2 mètres des autres – Lavez-vous les mains et utilisez souvent le désinfectant pour les mains fourni – Les cours collectifs seront conduit seulement sur Zoom jusqu’à nouvel ordre – Sortir du club par la porte de derrière – Pour toute question concernant votre adhésion, veuillez nous envoyer une email à info@factory4.lu ou nous appeler sur notre ligne directe au +352 27 12 37 Pour toute question, n’hésitez pas à nous contacter par e-mail à info@factory4.lu , nous serons heureux de vous aider !
